Dox Live, live agency of Dox, is looking for a trainee who can handle bookings independently within the team.

This is a dynamic training program where, under guidance, you will launch and manage your own roster in the market.

Your responsibilities: During the training, you will support the booking department with tasks such as:

• Working with the team to create a roster of professional talent.
• Identifying venues and festivals in the Benelux region for your roster.
• Assisting in negotiating agreements with these acts.
• Maintaining strong relationships with artists.
• Developing a booking strategy for each act and acquiring bookings in line with the strategy.
• Managing incoming concert requests for your roster.
• Processing bookings, reporting to the artists, and drafting contracts and invoices.
• Providing venues and festivals with all necessary information.

Your profile:

• HBO/WO education level. Still studying? No problem!
• You're at the beginning of a career in the music industry.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on sales: selling live shows to help artists grow their live presence and fanbase.
• A deep passion for music and the music industry
• Able to work both flexibly within a team and independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and initiative-driven.
• Availability: 0.4 FTE. Flexible working hours can be arranged.
