Named after Othello’s wife in Shakespeare’s tragedy, Belgian outfit Dez Mona produce an exotic European sound that holds the middle of alternative and contemporary pop. Since its start in 2003 the band has released 8 studio albums including ‘Hilfe Kommt’ (produced by Talk Talk bassist Paul Webb aka Rustin Man), ‘SÁGA’ – an internationally acclaimed songcycle in collaboration with Belgian baroque orchestra B.O.X – and their WWI concept album ‘Book Of Many’. In 2021 they once again joined forces with B.O.X on their dreamy, contemporary project ‘LUCY’.
